Indore-based YatriKart Raises Funds from McDonald’s and Coca-Cola India Partner at 100 Cr Valuation

Riding on the funding wave, Indore’s home-grown transit retail chain YatriKart has successfully secured an undisclosed investment from McDonald’s and Coca-Cola India Partner MMG Group at a massive INR 100 Cr valuation.

Backed by this huge investment, the startup plans to expand its franchise network and build its dedicated tech infrastructure to offer better customer experience both to its partners as well as customers.

Conceptualized and designed to offer convenience to travelers and commuters, YatriKart is proudly India’s largest last-mile retail network.

By partnering with the MMG Group, the startup plans to increase its footprint across the country and fuel operations and business strength for its upcoming 10 million VC funding round.

YatriKart’s existing investors include Artha Venture Fund, Fox Software Ventures, She Capital, and Shuru Up.

Founded by Gaurav Rana and Shivangee Sharma, YatriKart also plans to establish over 5,000 smart kiosks and stores at multiple transit locations such as airports, metro hubs, railway stations, bus stations, highways, hospitals, petrol pumps, etc.

By capitalizing on its innovative and nation-first business model, YatriKart supports small business merchants by offering them an opportunity to expand and grow using channel partnerships that offer them higher profit margins in return.
